When shopping online, you must be registered and logged on to our website to earn and spend points.

You are also able to add to or redeem your points in-store, providing you are registered on our website. All we will need is your name we will adjust your account accordingly.

FAQ'S

Do I have to use my points when I reach 10?

No. It is possible to carry on earning points for as long as you want to. You can claim £1 off for every 10 points you earn.
For example, if you have 30 points in your account, you can claim £3 off your next purchase. However, if you have 25 points then you can only claim £2 off your next order leaving you with 5 in your account.

Do I have to use all my points at once?

It depends on the total amount of your purchase. If you have 100 points (£10) but you only want to buy a £3 item, the system will automatically take 30 points off you.

If you only want to buy a £5 item, the system will automatically take 50 points off you.

However, if your total amount is equal to or more than the amount of points you have then you will have to use them all at once.

Can I use my points to reduce the postage fees?

Although 2 points can currently be earned on postage (unless your postage is free), you cannot use your points to reduce the cost of postage.
Postage is just £2.99 per order or free on orders over £50.

Can I earn points when spending points?

When you spend points, you will not earn more with your current purchase.
